Hello! Welcome to my blog/eportfolio. My name is Christopher Roney, my pronouns are he/him and I am a cisgender male. I am from Moose Jaw Saskatchewan, and at the moment I have completed my Bachelor of Education Degree, through the University of Regina in December of 2021. Focus of my degree in Education in Middle Years, I decided on that focus because I feel like that is one of the most pivotal points in a person’s life. Here you will find a variety of things from Educational Philosophy, to resources that I have found useful throughout my educational career.
I have a love for Math, Science, and Social, I am passionate to teach all subjects to young students. I have a passion for teaching people everything I know and if I don’t then I support a healthy amount of Inquiry into whatever drives your education. I see myself as a lifelong learner and support every student to be one as well.
I have a passion and love for coaching, I have spent the last 4 years coaching Elementary basketball, it was one of the main pushes to me join the Education faculty was so that I would be able to continue what I love while also teaching which is another one of my passions.
